If you’ve ever met Claudio you’ll know it’s true when we say he never gets bored of the exciting world of real estate. What gets Claudio excited the most is putting in the winning bid for the perfect home for his clients. As an avid fan of interior design, he also loves working with the CC+Co styling and staging team to prepare his client’s homes for sale and seeing their reaction when they see the house for the first time.
As the #1 Agent in Riverdale, Lifetime Achievement Award Winner and a RE/MAX International – Top 1% of Agents in Canada award recipient it became clear that Claudio needed to grow the team to service even more clients. In 2021 CC+Co was born with the addition of Sylvia Santarelli and Tamara Stevenson-Grant.

Connected to the community
We are proud to give back to the communities that have supported CC+Co. We support local schools and actively raise much-needed funds through silent auctions, fun fairs, sports sponsorships, and much more. Schools we’ve supported include Withrow Avenue Public School, Pape Avenue Junior School, Frankland Community School, Holy Name Elementary School, Bruce Jr. Public School, Morse St. Junior Public School, Blake St. Public School, Leslieville Junior Public School, St Joseph Elementary School, Jackman Ave Public School and East Alternative School.
In addition, we are a proud partner of the Red Door Family Shelter. Since 1982, the Red Door has provided services for families and individuals who need safe and supportive emergency shelters. For every home we sell, a portion of our commissions is donated directly to Red Door.
